I'm Vella - a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) - and Nurse Vella Skin & Beauty is the clinic I run personally in Loughton, Essex.
I trained in nursing first, aesthetics second. That order matters. It means every appointment starts with a proper clinical assessment - medical history, skin analysis with proper calipers, an honest conversation about what your skin actually needs - and not just a quick chat before you sign a form.
I opened the clinic because so much of the local aesthetic market in Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Chigwell is either non-medical beauticians offering injectables they shouldn't be, or premium Mayfair-rate clinics far out of reach for most people. There's a gap in the middle: properly nurse-delivered, regulated, considered care - at fair prices.
Every treatment in the clinic is decided with you, not for you. I don't upsell. I don't push the maximum dose. If something isn't right for you, I'll say so. The goal is a result you're still happy with at month six - not just on the day.
Natural beauty doesn't need to be overpriced or overdone. That's the whole brand. That's the whole clinic.

Every new client starts with a free 15-minute clinical consultation. We use medical-grade calipers and skin analysis to assess your skin honestly - not a quick chat at the till.
Natural, not overdone
We do not chase the maximum result. The goal is balance, hydration and the lips, cheeks or skin you already have - just better rested. You should not be able to tell.
Honest pricing
No Harley Street markup. No "consultation fee" stacked on top of treatment. No commission-based upselling. The price you pay is for the treatment, the products and the time - nothing extra.
