Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every new client gets a free 15-minute clinical consultation before any treatment - no commitment, no pressure, no hidden booking fee.
Are you medically qualified?
Yes. I am a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), which is the regulator for UK nurses. This means I am clinically trained, insured and accountable for every treatment I perform.
How is the clinic different from a beauty salon?
Beauty salons typically employ trained therapists; aesthetic injectables are a medical procedure, not a beauty service. Nurse Vella Skin & Beauty is nurse-led, meaning every treatment - and the assessment that precedes it - is medical.
Will the result look obvious?
No - that's the entire philosophy. We use minimal product to restore what's naturally been lost, not to add what was never there. The goal is "you, well-rested" - not "you, transformed".
Do you take card payments?
Yes. Card, contactless, Apple/Google Pay and bank transfer accepted. Final pricing is always agreed before any treatment begins - never a surprise.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Initial consultations are usually available within a week. Treatment slots depend on the diary - WhatsApp us for the most current availability.
